Returns

• Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.
• When items are returned to our warehouse, you will need to pay the small amount of postage.
• Please complete the returns card you received with your order to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.
• Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.  We will then process this as a refund.
• Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned.

Please note we do not currently offer free returns (This keeps our prices low) however there is a tutorial on how to claim back your postage fee if you paid through PayPal.  

FREE RETURNS USING PAYPAL

• With any PayPal purchase on our website, you can get a free return. PayPal allows up to 12 returns per year and £15 per refund.

Exchange Terms 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the original purchase date. An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days.
